  1. What the site is. An independent educational website with guides, firm pages, ratings and a self-check tool about prop trading firms. See our Disclaimer: nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.
  2. Ratings and opinions. Scores, zones and verdicts are our opinions based on our published methodology and on public sources available on the date shown. Facts are linked to their sources. A firm's real terms are the ones on its own website on the day you buy.
  3. No guarantee. We work to keep information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, correct or up to date. You use the site at your own risk.
  4. Your decisions are yours. Any decision to buy an evaluation, join a firm or trade is your own. We are not responsible for losses that follow from it.
  5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, the site's owner is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the site.
  6. Our content. Texts, ratings, tables and design on this site belong to TradingIsAJob. You may quote short parts with a link to the source page. Copying whole pages or the rating is not allowed without our written permission.
  7. Firm names. Names of firms and products belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the firms we write about. Using a name does not mean the firm endorses us, or we it.
  8. Corrections. Anyone, including a firm, can request a correction — see Corrections and right of reply.
  9. Links. Links to third-party sites are not an endorsement. Affiliate links, when we have them, are disclosed on the page.
  10. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
  11. Law. Governing law and venue will be set once the owning company is registered.
